Become a Love Food Hate Waste Champion!

Are you passionate about food? Would you like to be able to help your friends, family and local community to save money by cutting down on the amount of food they throw away?

Then why not apply to join our network of volunteers and become a Love Food Hate Waste Champion?

As a volunteer you will receive training to give you the know-how and tools you need to advise people on small practical changes to help them to make the most of the food they buy and save money.

Anyone over the age of 18 can apply to join the volunteer scheme and take part in the training. Our next training course will take place on Saturday 10 June 2017 at the Nightingale Centre in Framingham Earl.

Here’s what Esme, one of our volunteers, said about becoming a Love Food Hate Waste Champion:

“The training day was a very social event where I really got inspired by like-minded people and learnt a lot of new tips. I find it really easy to pass on the message as you can do this in any way you like – I quite enjoy chatting to friends about it and have attended some events. I would highly recommend becoming a volunteer.”
