Food Waste Action Week events a success!
Last week, during Food Waste Action Week, Recycling Officers from Broadland and South Norfolk District Councils held events at several supermarkets across the districts. These events were a success with staff having conversations with over 1000 people across the week; conversations included buying loose, local food waste collections, general food waste, using your fridge and freezer and storage. We gave away leaflets, recipe cards and cotton fruit & veg bags.
