Give & Take Reuse Event

Event Date: 09/12/16

Join us on Friday 9 December at Hempnall Village Hall, Bungay Road, Hempnall, NR15 2NG

South Norfolk Council organises award winning reuse and recycling events. These are designed to provide local communities with the opportunity to prevent various materials, which could potentially be reused or recycled, from going to landfill.

All electrical items which are brought to the event will be safety tested and then made available for local residents to collect. Items can be dropped off between 9am and 3pm and can be taken away between 11am and 3pm.

Any materials which are broken or unsafe will be safely recycled by the Council. There is an optional donation to charity.

We will be collecting furniture, electrical items, power tools for the Men’s Shed Project in Wymondham, clothes, books and bicycles/bike parts to be reconditioned by HMP Wayland.

You can also bring household paint to recycle. This is limited to 2 cans per customer and much be water based emulsion and no more than 2 years old and have a minimum of half a tin left.
