This accessibility statement applies to www.norfolkrecycles.com

This website is run by Norfolk County Council.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website.

For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • Zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen and without content being truncated or overlapping
  • Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • Navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • Listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

How accessible this website is

We aim to meet the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at AA level.

However, we know some parts of this website are not fully accessible.

We are currently accessibility auditing the website. When we have completed this, we will update this statement with information on how accessible it is. We aim to do this by 8 May 2026.
