It is everyone's responsibility to dispose of their rubbish properly.

In Norfolk, over 80% of fly tipped rubbish could have been taken to a recycling centre for free.

Fly tipping is a criminal offence. You can get a fixed penalty notice, an unlimited fine and/or imprisonment for up to five years.
